I’ve been married to Maggie for 11 years. We have 3 beautiful daughters: Grace (6yrs), Emily (3yrs) and Hannah (11 weeks!). They all get their beautifulness from their Mum, obviously!

We live in Leeds, in the north of England, where I work as assistant pastor at the Wharfedale Vineyard and I lead a couple of our worship bands.

We’ve been in the Vineyard for around 15 years – originally starting out going to the St Albans Vineyard near London. I’ve been to so many different Vineyard churches here in the UK, Europe & the States and it always feels like coming home.

I’m fascinated by the fact that some of our best worship songs, that look so simple on the surface, have so much depth to them when you take a closer look. I’m hoping this course will increase some of that theological, spiritual and artistic depth in me – and that I’ll reflect that throughout my everyday life.

Random fact: I love anagrams (ShoelaceGin is an anagram of my full name – Nicholas Gee).
